Regular readers of Popcorn and Glitter will know that Nip + Fab aren't strangers to my blog. In the past I've received some amazing products from them and so I'm always pleased to try out new and exciting pieces from their ranges. It came as a rather lovely surprise yesterday then, when these pretties arrived on my doorstep.
The Viper Venom Frown Fix* contains a concentrated blend of ingredients combined for targeted action on the appearance of expression lines and wrinkles. It comes in the form of brush pen which makes it easy to apply to precise areas and even the smallest of lines. Immediately, I love the packaging of this whole range and I think Nip + Fab have done an excellent job is making this range look very premium.
In particular, this product was handy for me as I've always had an annoying line right in the middle of my forehead as a result of my resting bitch face. After a few turns of the bottom to make the liquid come out from the bristles (it took quite a few turns), I found only a small amount is needed at time. It felt quite sticky at first although once it sinks in to the skin, it leaves it feeling super soft and the appearance of lines is definitely reduced. I found this worked well as a primer for around the eyes and forehead lines and really prepared the kin nicely before applying my makeup. The stick comes in 4ml but only needs a small amount of product at a time, definitely a handy one to have in the makeup bag for everyday or to have in the handbag on nights out. It is a little pricey at £12.95 but I imagine this would last you a while if used properly and Christmas is only round the corner...

Very similar to POREFessional by Benefit and Tea Tree Cleansing Lotion from The Body Shop, The Viper Venom Micro Blur Fix* is the latest addition to the Viper Venom collection. It's a primer which works to blur and mattify the skin for an instant smoothed complexion to make you "selfie ready". I found this to be a lot less oily then many other primers I've used and it left my skin feeling kinda tingly and refreshed. At first, it felt a little sticky on the skin and so it's best not to apply too much at once. However, once it sunk in around 5 minutes later, my skin felt super soft and it made my foundation go on really smoothly. Again, this is a little pricer then some other primers on the market, at £19.95, but again, if used properly this will last ages and I think it's the quality you're paying for. Again, I love the packaging on this.
So that's it for another beauty review, hope you enjoyed it. Have you ever tried Nip + Fab Viper Venom or any other products from their range? As always, I love reading your comments so please do leave them below.
Until next time,

Not Always Rosy
I think they're getting really popular as a company - I think they ship worldwide too and they're in the US :) xx
Deleteohhh sounds like a great primer. I love Porefessional but would love to try something new that works in the same way :D

Yeah I really liked them. I still have my Porefessional but I find it quite oily as I have combination skin so I have to be super sparing with it. This one seems less oily though which is good and it doesn't smell as strongly as the Body Shop one does :) xx
DeleteI love this! Perfect for parties and nights out! Did it last long? oxo
ReplyDeleteAimee xx
Yeah I found it kept my makeup on all night and I didn't have any creases or anything. No build up of oil either which was handy - nothing worse than getting more shiny as the night goes on haha xx
DeleteGreat review I love your photography :)
